Gateway: Klaviyo for sending shipping notifications

Step 1: Go to Home > Settings > Notifications > Whatsapp > Gateway and select Message Bird and click on integrate

Step 2: Enter the api_key (this can be found on the MessageBird dashboard on the top right corner) and enter the namespace (this can be found under the WABA number on the MessageBird dashboard). In the channel_id section enter the ID which will be on the MessageBird dashboard

Step 3: Go to the relevant notification milestone that you wish to send to your end customer and click on "Add New +"

Step 4: : Inside the notification you need to mention the below details

Select the order type for which you want to send the notification

select the language, enter the "Template Name"

select the carrier accounts for which you wish to trigger notifications

select the Component Type, in this case I want to send a button type Whatsapp message

Report Url, you need to add the webhook URL where you wish to receive the messages delivery statues (was the whatsapp message delivered, read)

Type: You need enter "hsm" is it is a pre approved Whatsapp template

Button Text: Enter the button text, here I am sending the waybill in the button text

Body Params: You need enter the variables with the tags available on the right hand side in comma separated format
