Steps to setup Piekart on Clickpost

Here, you can add the credentials as shared by the Piekart team. To give you a brief:
Username
andPassword
are needed to generate theJWT Tokens
needed for Piekart's Order Creation, Cancellation, and Tracking APIs. You will get it from your Piekart relationship manager.User_id
andClient_id
is the unique Ids assigned for businesses or enterprises using Piekart services. In this case, Piekart POC or relationship manager will be able to assign and provide it. [It will be a Real Number]Handling_Type
is a Mandatory field and is used to determine packing type it takes values like BAG, BOX(default), and CRATE.
- Once done, kindly press Submit and you have set up Piekart on Clickpost.
Note:
- Pre-assigned AWBs: No need to configure pre-assigned AWBs, AWBs are generated by Piekart in real-time during the order creation API call and returned back in response.
- Labels: Labels are not generated by Piekart. Clickpost does generate a label for Piekart orders and returned in API response to the customer.
