Steps to setup Purpledrone for Reverse on Clickpost

1. Firstly, Complete the process of setting up a courier partner account by following the steps: https://docs.clickpost.ai/docs/create-an-courier-partner-account

2. This is the screen that you'll get :

Here, you can add the credentials as shared by the Purpledrone team. To give you a brief:

• Username and Password are needed to generate the Tokens needed for Purpledrone's Reverse Order Creation, Cancellation, and Tracking APIs. You will get it from your purple drone relationship manager.

3. Once done, kindly press Submit and you have set up Purpledrone on Clickpost.

Pre-assigned AWBs: In case you are activating Purpledrone RVP for order creation, you need to upload Pre-assigned AWBs as well as Purpledrone systems only support order creation with Pre-assigned AWBs.

You need to get the Pre-assigned AWBs list from your Purpledrone relationship manager and upload it on the Clickpost dashboard in the pre-assigned AWBs section. This is a mandatory step before you start using order creation via Clickpost for Purpledron RVP.

Note:

1. Labels: Labels are not required in India for reverse pickups, hence no labels are generated for Purpledrone RVP.
