Steps to setup Bizlog SPS Reverse on Clickpost

  1. Firstly, Complete the process of setting up a courier partner account by following the steps: https://docs.clickpost.ai/docs/create-an-courier-partner-account

  2. This is the screen that you'll get :

Here, you can add the credentials as shared by the Bizlog team. To give you a brief:

  • username and passwordis required for onboarding and setting up Bizlog services for Order Creation, Tracking, and Cancellation. You will get it from your Bizlog POC or relationship manager.
  • retailer_id is the unique ID assigned for businesses using Bizlog. The Bizlog POCs or relationship managers will be sharing the same with you.
  • Code is a customer account code assigned by Bizlog to enterprises. You will get it from your Bizlog POC or relationship manager. [It will be a 3-digit code. Eg: BST]
  • flow_id is a mandatory field that determines the type of delivery flow. It has values like PickAndDropOneWay, DropOff, InstallationV1, and AdvanceExchange.
    [By default, for the forward flow its PickAndDropOneWay]
  1. Once done, kindly press Submit. Once done you would have set up Bizlog SPS Reverse on Clickpost.

Note:

  1. Pre-assigned AWBs: No need to configure pre-assigned AWBs, AWBs are generated by Bizlog in real-time during the order creation API call and returned back in response.
  2. Labels: Labels are not generated in Bizlog Reverse orders.
