Steps to setup Ajex on Clickpost

  1. Firstly, Complete the process of setting up a courier partner account by following the steps: https://docs.clickpost.ai/docs/create-an-courier-partner-account

  2. This is the screen that you'll get :

Here, you can add the credentials as shared by the Ajex Logistics team. To give you a brief:

  • username and passwordis required for onboarding and setting up Ajex services for Order Creation, Tracking. You will get it from your Ajex POC or relationship manager.
  • customer_account is the unique value for Ajex logistics in this case Ajex POC or relationship manager will be able to assign and provide it.
  • product_code is the Logistics product code assigned by Ajex for Enterprises. You will get it from your Ajex POC or relationship manager. [It will be a string with a combination of letters and numbers]
  • Enterprise_type is a Mandatory field that determines the logistics express type under the selected product.
  1. Once done, kindly press Submit and you have set up Ajex on Clickpost.

Pre-assigned AWBs: We Need to configure pre-assigned AWBs in case you are activating Ajex logistics for order creation, AWBs are generated by Ajex and uploaded in the dashboard by the customer. As Ajex systems only support order creation with Pre-assigned AWBs.

Note:

  1. Labels: Clickpost does not generate a label for Ajex orders. Labels are generated by Ajex and returned in API response to the customer.
