Steps to setup Oxyzen on Clickpost

  1. Firstly, Complete the process of setting up a courier partner account by following the steps: https://docs.clickpost.ai/docs/create-an-courier-partner-account

  2. This is the screen that you'll get :

Here, you can add the credentials as shared by the Oxyzen team. To give you a brief:

  • xx_authentication_token is required for onboarding and setting up Oxyzen services for Order Creation, Tracking, and POD. You will get it from your Oxyzen POC or relationship manager.
  • party_code is the Account Code assigned for business using Oxyzen in this case Oxyzen POC or relationship manager will be able to assign and provide it.
  • Timestamp is an optional field that takes the date and time in “YYYMMDDHH24MMSS” format.
  1. Once done, kindly press Submit and you have set up Oxyzen on Clickpost.

In case you are activating Oxyzen MPS for order creation, you need to upload Pre-assigned AWBs as well as Oxyzen systems only support order creation with Pre-assigned AWBs. Steps to upload Pre-assigned AWBs in Clickpost: https://docs.clickpost.ai/docs/courier-partner-integration

Note:

  1. Pre-assigned AWBs: Need to configure pre-assigned AWBs, AWBs are generated by Oxyzen and uploaded in the dashboard by the customer.
  2. Labels: Clickpost does generate a label for Oxyzen orders. Labels are generated by Clickpost and returned in API response to the customer.
