Clickpost can track orders by two ways: Polling or Webhooks. This API uses polling to track order statuses. Polling API retrieves the historic statuses and the current status of the shipment.

The enterprise can configure URL on Clickpost's dashboard, where Clickpost will send the updated tracking status once Clickpost receives them from the carrier partner via the webhook. This enterprise URL will also act as a webhook which they can receive the tracking status and consume the status as per their convenience.

Enterprise can use this API to retrieve the shipments which are updated between the specified start and end time
